About Us
Cottonwood County Animal Rescue was established in May of 2013. We are a
501-(c)(3) located in Windom, Minnesota.
We are strictly a foster/adoption based rescue. We do not have a physical
building for the animals.
Our mission is to find forever homes for abandoned and homeless animals. We
provide necessary veterinary care and spay and neutering to all adopted pets.
